We are proud of our facility and have taken necessary measures to provide for a clean and secure environment. Our entire facility is paved, fenced, electronically monitored, and insulated. Each door is checked every business day to ensure the safety and security we know our customers expect.

We hope the following information will help answer some of the more common questions you may have. Feel free to call our storage consultant if you have further questions.

  1. What size are the storage units?
    We have a size to fit just about any need, from just a few items to cars and boats. The sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 5x15, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30.

  2. Will I need to sign a long term lease?
    No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer prefers a longer term.

  3. Can I pay with a credit card?
    Yes, and of course we accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. We do discourage payment by cash.

  4. When do I have access to my unit?
    The storage facility is controlled by an electronic gate operating system. Each customer has their own personal gate code that allows them to access their unit 7 days a week.

  5. Do you provide a lock?
    No. Our locking system is the dead bolt type and takes any type of padlock. We recommend a high quality disc type lock for added security.

  6. Are my contents insured?
    No, our policy does not cover your stored contents. If you have a homeowners or renters policy you may be covered, but contact your carrier to be sure. Not all carriers cover contents stored off premises. We have a low cost policy available to insure your goods while you are a customer at our facility. The monthly premium can be paid along with the monthly rental payment.

  7. Is there anything that I cannot store?
    Yes, hazardous materials. Anything that would be combustible or explosive in nature such as a can of gasoline or cans of paint, dynamite, etc.

  8. Do you have a truck to rent?
    Yes, we also have a dolly and blankets to rent. We are a one stop moving center for the do it yourself mover. We also sell locks, boxes, tape, bubble wrap and packing materials. See our truck rental page.

  9. Will I have to climb steps to store my belongings?
    No, all of our units are at ground level. You simply pull your vehicle up to the unit and unload it at the door.

  10. Does the facility have lights?
    Yes, the entire facility is light from dawn to dusk. Lights are provided to enhance security as well as provide light for those who cannot come to the facility during daylight hours.

  11. Is there a fence around the facility?
    Yes, the entire facility is fenced to discourage anyone without a personal gate code from entering.

  12. Are the units insulated?
    Yes, the ceiling is insulated to prevent condensation from forming on the ceiling and dripping on the contents stored below.

  13. Can a commercial moving van access my storage unit?
    Yes, depending on where your unit is located in the facility. We can also accommodate a semi-tractor trailer.
